Super clean, waitress was super friendly. Food was excellent. I got the ham and cheese only with grits and a biscuit. Best omelet I've had in a restaurant. Great flavor. Grits were perfect. Biscuit was soft and fresh. Great unsweet tea.

Cute little restaurant. You can tell that they take pride in their business. The food was good, the people were amazing. Everyone who works there was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there.

Absolutely delightful! Fun, patriotic atmosphere, refreshing drinks and well-priced food! Our waitress was very welcoming and kind, and our food was delicious! I highly recommend any of their burgers and if you've got a sweet tooth, their cinnamon roll will treat you well!

I was invited to breakfast before my Grandson's Boxing Bout. It was my first time. We were greeted with a smile and kindness from Lacey as soon as we walked in, and she was also our kind, prompt and attentive server, along with our very sweet and kind Server Lori, whom remembered my Grandson from a previous visit. I ordered their Pork Chops and Eggs over easy, hashbrowns with toast, ALL cooked to perfection, everything was so delicious. The place had a Great American feel, Salute to all our Veterans. I most definitely will go back when in Louisiana.

The steak and eggs I had was great, so was the french toast. The staff were extremely friendly. Their entire menu is available all day. I've only been once, but I look forward to going more.

First of all very friendly from the time we walked in. We loved the people and the service. Food was very good, like home cooking. Will go back there every time I am in Shreveport. Thank you for everything. Great food!

This is a small Cafe. Decorated very cute in everything Red, White & Blue. The Staff were so very friendly. We were traveling and stopped. We got there a couple of minutes before they closed. They let us in to eat. We ate while they were cleaning to close. We started off with Fried Pickle Spears. They were so good and juicy. I had the Burger with Tots. The Tots were crispy, crunchy and not soggy. The burger was perfect. Great flavor, juicy. Plenty of toppings. Husband had the daily special, Chicken Alfredo, Broccoli with Cheese, Garlic Bread and Chocolate Cake. The food was delicious. They never rushed us to eat. The Server came over and joked around with us. We will definitely stop by next time we travel through.

I stopped by to try the chicken fried steak. The service and staff were top notch. I was excited because I had just accepted a new job. I look forward to being a part of the community of Bossier and Shreveport. Cafe USA has always had an awesome staff and they’re one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots. I had lunch with my family and my father is a veteran and we really appreciate the patriotic display.
